Amy Winehouse Arrested, Charged With Assault

Amy “Can Get Right” Winehouse has been arrested for the second time this year on assault charges.

According to TMZ.com, Winehouse was arrested on assault charges for an incident that occurred at a theater over the weekend. Winehouse was booked and freed on bail soon after turning herself into Thames Valley Police.

Winehouse is now required to be back in court January 20.

TMZ previously reported, Winehouse was busted in March for allegedly punching a female fan, but was eventually cleared on charges.
