Chris Brown made his return to the stage last night as the headliner of the Powerhouse concert in New Jersey and sounded like the teenyboppers missed him.

New York radio station 105.1 held its annual Powerhouse concert last night and it marked the return of Chris Brown. The troubled R&B singer was the headliner of the gig and judging from the loud cheers and tweets from fellow performers it looks like everyone was happy to have him back.

Keri Hilson tweeted from the event:

“@mechanicaldummy is KILLING IT right now!!! Ppl were definitely ready 4 his comeback!! if only yall could hear the screams.”

“daamn can’t I jus b happy 4 an artist’s comeback w/out ppl saying we F.N.? this industry is tough & I’m genuinely happy for chris!”

Trey Songz also lent his support to Brown via Twitter:

“Great night at Powerhouse NYC!!! shout to @mechanicaldummy – welcome back bruh!”
