Day 26 Sued For Song Jacking

Diddy’s “Making The Band” creation Day 26 is has been slapped with a copyright infringement suit for making off with a song that doesn’t belong to them.

According to TMZ.com the 5-man band is accused of jacking their song “Just Getting Started” from singer Kirby Shields. In the suit Shields alleges that his song “I’m Just Getting Started” is identical to Day 26’s version, which was produced by Christian Davis Stalnecker, the same guy that produced Shields’ version.
