Grammy Award winning R&B/soul songstress Jennifer Hudson welcomed son David Daniel Otunga Jr. on Monday. Reps in the Oscar winning actress’ camp have confirmed the birth.

People.com has confirmed that Jennifer Hudson and fiance David Otunga are now the proud parents of 7 lbs., 14 oz., baby boy. While she has been silent on her pregnancy for months its been the worst kept secret. Roger Friedman of Showbiz411 first broke the news of the baby boy’s arrival yesterday. This is Hudson’s first child.

Congrats to Jennifer and David!
