Kelis Signs To will.i.am’s Label
By Rondell Conway -
Kelis is getting her groove back. The eccentric diva has inked a new deal with Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am.
According to Billboard.com, Kelis has ended a week of speculation by confirming her new record deal with Interscope Records via will.i.am’s imprint. Last week Kelis released the David Guetta-produced track “Acapella” and the internet was going nuts trying to figure out where her next deal would take her.
“I love that I am now a new part of the Interscope family,” Kelis said in a statement. “2010 is around the corner and I can’t wait to put out new music and spend time with real music fans on tour again.”
Here’s a question the fellas want to know. Now that Kelis has a new gig, does Nas still has to pay the spousal payments?
