The $1.8 million “Precious” made this weekend from just 18 theaters is the best gross ever for a film opening in fewer than 100 theaters. Mary J. Blige spoke on her role in the film’s soundtrack.
Mary J. Blige spoke with Billboard.com about her role in the making of the music that accopmanies the harsh drama, “Precious.”
On Nov. 20, “Precious” will start playing nationwide.
